
What is real strength?
I believe it is the ability to bear with the difficulties of life and to find meaning in them.
Through mindfulness we can reframe difficulties as we get closer to them to find out what they really are.
In this week's session I teach a two part method for working with difficult feelings, that helps us to become strong and serene.
