
Mudita, translated as sympathetic joy, is the practice of sharing in the joys of others. Seeing others do well in life and instead of being jealous and thinking why them, we instead celebrate truly from the heart, feeling as happy as if it was our own great fortune.
This brings about great gladness to our lives and increases our own joy.

I recognized that it was those people who’ve tried to counter my successes, shown jealousy are the ones I don’t like so much..yet never wanted to see them diminished. As i did this meditation, i recognized the med was for my own heart, to release my ♡ from patterns of others. Maybe, another day i’ll find new meanings in this med. Alison in Ontario, Canada
