That was absolutely wonderful. Meditation, music...deep. I appreciate you doing this. Practicing mindfulness has helped me a lot to deal with anxiety that still comes from time to time, waiting there to find me weak and unprepared. Sometimes I only see it in my head, or in my heartbeat, but my being stays calm knowing it’s not going to last...Thank you for all your teachings . Namaste ☀️☮️❤️🙏
